It also releases rich truffles, game and earthy notes. The palate is full bodied, round and finishing with firm and gentle tannins. Patiently, this Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, before being left at liberty and bottled. This wine would be best served with Lasagne, Italian pasta, red meats or Spanish dishes.
