After paying online can I collect my wine from 121BC?

Yes - just check the 'pick up in store' box and come and collect the wine from 121BC which is located at 4/50 Holt st, Surry Hills in Sydney. The bottle shop is open from 3pm to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday. 

Can I buy single bottles from 121BC online?

You can buy any number of bottles as long as you are happy to pay the delivery rate for your area. If you live in Sydney or Melbourne the delivery fee is waived if your purchase is over $200. 

Where do you deliver to ?

Currently we deliver to Sydney and Melbourne - we are planning to expand delivery outside of these two cities in the new year. 

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to receive my delivery?

Delivery costs vary from place to place ( you will see a delivery fee calculated on your location at checkout ) but the below general rules are a good guide.

Delivery to Sydney metro and Melbourne metro for wine purchases totalling $250 or more delivery is Free. 1-2 day service. 

For Sydney and Melbourne metro purchases under $250 the cost is $10 per case. 1-2 day service.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery in a confirmation email when the wine is dispatched to the address provided. 

What happens if I place an order, it gets delivered and I am not home?

Once the products leave our warehouse or Surry hills store the courier company will take over from there...they will make the delivery and in the event you are not home will contact you and arrange the delivery and even attempt delivery another time in the event you want to rearrange timing. 

If I place an order on Saturday or Sunday when will my wine be dispatched?

Your wine will be dispatched from Sydney on Monday morning.

If you place an order on Friday or on the weekend we will dispatch your wine to you on Monday.  

Do you offer same day delivery? 

We are working on it.. for the moment the best way is to collect from 121BC in Surry Hills - or give us a call ( 02 9699 1582 )and we can arrange a special delivery.

If I need to change some details on the shipping information - what do I do?

If you require changes please email us as soon as possible at 121bcwine@gmail.com and we will make the amendment. 

Are all the wines at 121BC natural wines?

While many of our wines are natural, or minimal intervention wines, we also have a selection of wines from small producers in Italy who produce wines by different production methods. 

I think there is something wrong with my wine - what do I do?

Please pay particular attention to the wines which are marked 'special' or wines that are made using minimal intervention techniques, or unfiltered wines - they are supposed to maintain their unique character that's what makes them interesting. However wine suffers faults from time to time - Please give us a call on ( 02 9699 1582 ) or send us an email to 121bcwine@gmail.com  and we will make arrangements.

I have received an incorrect order - what do I do ?

Please get in touch with us ASAP by email to 121bcwine@gmail.com  or by phone on 02 9699 1582 - and we will rectify the mistake! 

Do you ever substitute vintages?

From time-to-time a vintage might change or we may run out of stock. Generally speaking we will not dispatch a wine of a different vintage unless we get in touch with you first.
